Pray it's not you but beware because it could be. Figure out what you have to do/adjust in order to comply and take the pressure/attention off yourself. Do everything that's in your power to get out from behind the impediment, project, or task you are facing. If the project / problem / focus does happen to be someone other than you, then make sure they know it but be kind in how you tell them about it. Help them through the process and change curve. Don't embarrass them. Give them a moment to shine. Make the focus constantly change. Everyone should be the impediment / bottleneck at least once in your project. If they're not, then they're not critical path or necessary.
