Always Fix the Weakest Relationship in the Team

Dealing with talent is tricky. In my company we have a guy that's good at organizing people and things and a guy that's great at selling things and dealing with perception. These two—if they knew each other well and how they can benefit each other—would be the perfect duo to kicking major booty. They don't currently realize how critical each other is to their mutual success—and mine. I'm trying to put bugs in each of their ears so they can start working together. Teams require strong individuals and strong relationships. Always fix the weakest relationship in the team.
