Sure, you can make a table, a matrix…good for you. But is the data that you have just shoved into it valid, interesting? Spend your time focusing a lot more on DATA QUALITY than any rigid ideas you have about "this must fit". Maybe it simply doesn't fit and you have to break your matrix in order to accommodate a new item. Be flexible.
